My heartfelt, deep and sometimes disturbing first person account of how it feels to suffer through a confusing, agonizing seemingly interminable case of  PTSD. My Indian mother kept my heritage from me and I knew there was something deep down crying to be addressed…but nothing was clear until I suffered a mini-stroke – or what I call “God’s Shock Treatment.”

Prapti – you are so very nice to comment positively on my blog – I am so very lost and I don’t know what I’m doing – I read instructions over and over and then I feel more and more stupid – I don’t even know the right questions to ask. I’ve put up web sites before – and they were good ones – but I am lost on this!! and I wish I wasn’t!
